Shipping policy

We aim to have all orders processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Due to the nature of our business, all items are purchased and made after an order is placed. Because of our business model, sometimes orders will take longer. Pre-Order and custom orders may take longer. If you are needing your items by a deadline, please contact us before placing your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We offer a $6 flat rate shipping charge. You can avoid the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at townteesandgifts@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
